Last summer, Consultant Connect was certified as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for 2023, including one of the UK’s 2023 Best Workplaces for Women for Small Businesses. This achievement is driven by our annual anonymous employee engagement survey, measuring how all staff feel about working at Consultant Connect. The results are based on what employees, including those at Consultant Connect, have reported to Great Place to Work UK® about their workplace experience and how well-represented they are.

‘I’ve been part of the Consultant Connect family for over five years, and what’s been clear from the start of my journey here is that every voice counts the same, no matter who they are or what they do! I am very proud to work in such a passionate and inclusive organisation where employees’ wellbeing takes centre stage.’
– Margaux Hargreaves, Head of Marketing and Communications at Consultant Connect

‘For over six years, it has been a privilege to work for a company that puts its employees first. The support that I have received, both professionally and personally, has, in comparison to other places, been second to none. I love the fact that every person at Consultant Connect is treated as an individual, which allows their character, unique talents, and skills to develop and thrive, as well as the respect that then evokes for one another.’
– Celia Enderby, Account Manager at Consultant Connect

Now, we are proud to announce that our employee engagement statistics are better than ever! The staff satisfaction percentage has increased by double digits across the board, and 100% of us agreed that ‘our facilities contribute to a good working environment’, ‘people celebrate special events in the workplace’, ‘people quickly adapt to changes needed for our organisation’s successes’, and ‘we feel we make a difference’.

Our statistics show that we are excelling in innovation, values, maximising potential, trust, and leadership effectiveness, and we believe that happier employees accelerate business performance, providing a better service to customers. We strive to create a workplace that is safe and enjoyable for everyone, and we’re proud that our accreditation recognises that.

‘It’s fantastic to see that our workplace is being recognised as a setting that supports and encourages staff, allowing us to make positive adjustments to our ways of working. As a management team, we invest not only in the working environment but also in staff wellbeing, creating opportunities for learning and growth. We’re proud to be part of a company that contributes to social value, supporting local and small businesses and volunteering within our community.’
