FAQs for GPs and consultants

shutterstock_79128670Whenever we deliver a new telephone Advice & Guidance project in an area we spend a lot of time communicating with the GPs and consultants who will be using Consultant Connect. Part of these communications is a separate FAQs document for each group of clinicians.

Although some of the information contained in the two documents is similar, the GP and consultant documents contain information specific to how each type of clinician will use the service and addresses their different queries.

We don’t normally publish operational documents, but a few of our customers have told us that the FAQs documents gave them particularly good insight into how their projects would work on the ground.
